We worked with Esther Tahrir for the purchase of our house in Alameda. We had met Esther at an open house for a different unit in the same community. We initially lost the bid on a unit we had wanted, but after that, Esther showed us other units in the same complex. We found one that we ended up liking better and were able to make a successful bid with Esther’s help. Esther also helped with some of the complicated negotiations we needed to make the deal go through. She was very detail-oriented and made sure that all our paperwork was in order to ensure the sale went through without any difficulties. Esther was a wonderful guide to home buying and the East Bay as we made a move from the east to the west coast. She spent time getting to know us, listening for the various aims we had, and then helped us explore a variety of homes remotely. We found a great condominium that offers us much more than we might have found elsewhere. Her enthusiasm for facets of the residence helped us key in on this opportunity and we now relish those very features of our home on a daily basis. We made our search remotely from the East Coast, and while we considered making a trip out to California to look at some of the homes we saw online, that never proved necessary. Esther helped us by listening to what we sought and then helping us to identify it over the course of several remote visits. Those visits helped us identify a home that has proven to be a great landing place.
