Because Esther knew me so well, she also helped me sell my condo in the Bay Area, guiding me through the steps that would help sell my place without being too “pushy.” Again, she “hung in there” with me when it took over 65 days to sell the condo. We initially lost the bid on a unit we had wanted, but after that, Esther showed us other units in the same complex. We found one that we ended up liking better and were able to make a successful bid with Esther’s help. Esther also helped with some of the complicated negotiations we needed to make the deal go through.
